Three Centuries Vintage Journey // 200 (1.5 oz) or 400 (3 oz.)
The nose opens with very light peat and smoke. Hickory note, along with sassafras and other vegetal notes. On the tongue, the peat fades, and a delicate hit of pine sweetness is followed by a traditional prune note.
The Mediterranean culinary journey created by our Chefs is reflected in an eclectic wine program. The wine list recognizes family-owned wineries and small producers who have chosen the path to sustainable, organic, biodynamic, and natural farming.
The journey takes you through the most influential wine regions of the Mediterranean, as well as some of the traditional wine regions of both the New World and the Old World.
You are invited to try native and rediscovered grape varieties that best represent each area, with respect to the "earth," spotlighting a few Library releases and Seasonal Features that add to the depth of the program while spicing up the wine experience.
